Youngster U is a family owned and operated preschool/daycare. The Owner/Director, Claudia Alder taught in the public school system for over 30 years, and is a certified elementary teacher with a Masters Degrees in Education. Throughout her 30 years in education, she taught everything from Head Start through adult education.

Ms. Claudia has always felt that children are capable of learning much more than they are given credit for, and wanted to provide a loving, accelerated learning atmosphere where social and cognitive development could be fostered for the most precious people on earth - youngsters!

Claudia and her husband Karl J. Alder, a Certified Public Accountant in Mesa, AZ, have five children and seven grandchildren.
